The written notice of cancellation, if sent by mail, is effective when deposited in the mail, properly addressed with prepaid postage. The Student can also mail, hand deliver, fax or telegram the cancellation. The Student has the right to cancel the enrollment agreement and obtain a refund of charges paid through attendance on the first day of class, or the seventh (7th) day after enrollment, whichever is later, and obtain a full refund, minus the registration fee, by submitting a written notice to this School no later than the second day of instruction.Ĭancellation occurs when the student gives written notice of cancellation to the Director, at the address of the School, shown on this agreement.
